Here's my stainless fuel tank ,made it this morning ,just the tunnel to make ,i also finished the blower manifold,next will be the primary drive ,then i can start it up!,notice my handshifter ,just fior a giggle

I have decided the tank is too boring so off with the tank !,i have 2 large sheets of stainless steel ,so I'm making a stainless fuel tank this week,I'm busy making a wooden buck so i can shape the stainless then weld it all together,pics at the weekend

hard graft!

Today i have been mostly rubbing down my nsu crancases by hand with wet n dry ,then its polish,all by hand!,its a time consuming job,but it looks great when its al finished

HANDSHIFTING,DROP BARRED,BLOWN





Its getting a bit better now ,this bike is bits of what i like in a few bikes,dragster,custom,street fighter,car engine,blown,air cooled,Brit gearbox etc etc ,i have started polishing the completed inlet manifold ,and have fitted my hand shifter,fitted a old brass filler off a vintage petrol can

goodbye mr mass




Isn't it funny ...trawling through eBay,i spot a bike i built 10yrs ago originally,i think its going or gone for about 2 grand on eBay,nice to know something i made has been on the road all those years and hasn't changed too much apart from the tank,guard and seat .its how i made it,it originally had a turbo on it when i first built it,the whole bike cost me less than 500 pounds if i remember rightly ,i made the frame,yokes ,etc when i ran a shop called nuthouse customs in throckley ,we were located next door to a funeral parlour,it was a odd sight working on bikes and coffins passing past our front window,ha ha ,happy days....GOODBYE CRITICAL MASS YER BASTARD!!(I'm going to make another i think)

NSU CHOP FIRST START

I have put this vid on before ,but this is just to remind you of how good these engines rev and sound (nothing like a car engine)wait until i have the supercharged version running!,it will be a screamer!!

stainless yoke aint no joke



A stainless steel top yoke I'm making out of 304 grade stainless tube,this will have welded on dropped bars etc,its all a bit rough at the moment but i will put a pic of the finished yoke very soon and a few pics of friends on a horrible fucking scootery pile of shit,and a pic of me very high on diet pills/painkillers and tack with the lovely Yvonne(my wife)
