found these ,all made for less than 500 pounds each ,plenty more to come ,i haven't even started yet !I'm 47 ,so I'm hoping i have at least another 30yrs building,scans courtesy of bsh magazine/britchopper and 100% biker

more NSU (groan)

started the manifolding,and fitted the weber carb ,lots to do,but i'm getting it done,even though i have a fucked up thumb!(damaged tendons due to accident at work)

Finished the drive for the supercharger,tensioner to fit and carb manifold to do next,i have to buy a blow off valve as well,and a boost gauge

big bore st st pipes NSU

Started making these,they are 2" 316 stainless steel 16g ,tig welded,they will be polished out and have 4 removable baffles ,the pipes mirror each other 2 exiting either side,blower drive set up next week

Fitted the running gear I'm going to use ,fire blade  wheels and zxr forks ,frames almost finished,might have to stretch the rear 2" so my knee will clear the blower pulleys etc,I won't be using these pipes though,they are the old ones,I'm making 4, 2" st st ones,

Blown Nsu mk 2

Decided i didn't like the stainless frame,it came out OK but somehow didn't look right ,so i have re used my original NSU frame,goose necked it,made it 4" longer in the cradle ,ready for a blower,I'm using a 3" belt drive and billet wheels on the crank and blower ,here's a mock up of where roughly the drive will go ,and you can see the blower on the floor ,the tank I'm using is a old mustang tank ,which I'm re tunneling,next will be a 2" stretch in the rear so i can fit on the bike with the blower on,altering the angle of the upper hard tail tubes as well,currently the seat height is 19" ,i want it at 24",i don't want a drop seat rigid,i will be moving the distributor out of the way as well,it wont stick out the side ,but will be tucked in,once all this is done ill put a video up of me riding it before its stripped for paint and polishing

got another tatt yesterday,I'll be getting 4 hrs work every month,i love this design,very cartoony ,the way i want it to look,next one will be a chop ,and the next ones after that will be rodz,bikes etc the stuff i love
