                                    reason 3 My great Wife and children behind me,and im interested in building again withut a huge fucking black cloud hovering above me! ,anyway ,back to bikes ,I have a old BSH(MY FAVOURITE MAGAZINE BY FAR) ex feature bike in for a SU carb conversion,I'm doing heres the pics,the Blue Waffle is getting stripped over christmas for the frame and wheels to be coated blue whilst I polish etc and do the fine details

Made new bars,I like these better,made a 2ft high bench to lift bike onto so its easier to work on ,I will have a video of me riding this bike next month before i strip it for polishing and paint

seat,mounted,petrol tank finished,foot controlls finished etc etc just 1 pipe to add ,a bit of welding and stuff and i will start it up,then its getting stripped for paint and plating of bits etc ,I'm dreading doing the engine polishing,it will take me ages,by hand

Next NSU  i'm doing involves turning two NSU motors sideways ,linking them together and using a xs1100 middle drive gearbox and a bsa gearbox making a square8? might supercharge it also ,i'm thinking of something along the lines of a 60 s sprint style machine,better get another Q plate out of my buiscuit tin marked ILLEGAL SHIT       :)

more nsu ,slow progress,but good progress

I have had a few weeks off from this because of health issues ,today i have taken my pills and have started doing work on it,here's the pics,i have made a blow off valve to vent excess boost ,re worked the hand shifter,lined up the gearbox fitted a chain started work on the primary drive,welded up a bit more of the st st fuel tank ,made a tunnel for it(still has to be welded in) lots still to do but I'm on track for finishing it for February next year

Tr1 progress ,frame nearly done total cost nothing but welding gas and my time

i made a little woodburner to keep warm also,much nicer building in the warm!next week back on the blown NSU

very cheap tr1 build

Started a tr1 chop today ,bent the frame loop up and welded it together,next the loop will go on my frame jig to add the headstock and hard tail,i want to build this as a everyday ride able chop (john lyndleys fault)i have a inlet manifold ready to add a big SU carb  to it some old cheap wire wheels ,a sprung saddle etc i recon i can have this bike finished for under 200 quid ,watch this space!,the NSU  blowerbike is my main priority to finish and this is for riding after the winter,because I'm sick of zxr900 ninja gayness this tr1 will look black and scabby and old like myself

bad back and tramadol

Fucked my back ,had results of x rays showing a worn out spine due to weightlifting and prob riding hard tails!having a few days off building and riding ,tramadol beckons!,not changing my ways now ill just keep on doing what i love and fuck the pain!
