I have been building lots of things over the Christmas,and making little adjustments to my frame etc ,carb is now a 45 Weber with a one off throttle linkage i made,the rear brake assembly is finished,added axle adjusters,finished the exhaust manifold ,its near to being stripped down for the frame and wheels to be powder coated blue,the next job is making a tidy cable operated front brake master cylinder,then when that's done i can strip the bike and send off the parts that need coating and get stuck in to polishing the engine and blower,i have finished the fuel tank and it didn't need any extra welding.no leaks!,its fucking heavy though,because i made it out of 3mm thick stainless,because that's all i had!,i have to strip the BSA gearbox and put the internals in a new casing which i have De seamed and mirror polished,my stainless seat is getting drilled and polished today,no padding just holes! ,i rebuilt the NSU Fuelpump ,that has to be fitted hmmnn what else ...probably lots ,here s a few pics ,lots done but it doesn t look like it,also got myself a 240 /16 tyred wheel for my next project...and have been playing the blues badly again as well ......

I have had a few weeks off from this because of health issues ,today i have taken my pills and have started doing work on it,here's the pics,i have made a blow off valve to vent excess boost ,re worked the hand shifter,lined up the gearbox fitted a chain started work on the primary drive,welded up a bit more of the st st fuel tank ,made a tunnel for it(still has to be welded in) lots still to do but I'm on track for finishing it for February next year

Started a tr1 chop today ,bent the frame loop up and welded it together,next the loop will go on my frame jig to add the headstock and hard tail,i want to build this as a everyday ride able chop (john lyndleys fault)i have a inlet manifold ready to add a big SU carb to it some old cheap wire wheels ,a sprung saddle etc i recon i can have this bike finished for under 200 quid ,watch this space!,the NSU blowerbike is my main priority to finish and this is for riding after the winter,because I'm sick of zxr900 ninja gayness this tr1 will look black and scabby and old like myself

i have re made the hardtail because i can't fit on the old dropseat hardtail because of the blower pulley being where my knee should be,so i have re made the rear section in 10g inch tube,with a 2" stretch ,now i can fit on it and will be able to ride it,i have also fitted a spare nsu 1000cc engine ,this one has been re ringed and i have ground in the valves etc ,just the primary to do and i will fire it up.I also made a new gearbox brace out of stainless(unfinished) and a new front motor mount and did a bit more on the weber airscoop ,the camcover,and vaklve caps will be chromed .I have a name for this bike it will be called the BLUE WAFFLE

Isn't it funny ...trawling through eBay,i spot a bike i built 10yrs ago originally,i think its going or gone for about 2 grand on eBay,nice to know something i made has been on the road all those years and hasn't changed too much apart from the tank,guard and seat .its how i made it,it originally had a turbo on it when i first built it,the whole bike cost me less than 500 pounds if i remember rightly ,i made the frame,yokes ,etc when i ran a shop called nuthouse customs in throckley ,we were located next door to a funeral parlour,it was a odd sight working on bikes and coffins passing past our front window,ha ha ,happy days....GOODBYE CRITICAL MASS YER BASTARD!!(I'm going to make another i think)

Decided i didn't like the stainless frame,it came out OK but somehow didn't look right ,so i have re used my original NSU frame,goose necked it,made it 4" longer in the cradle ,ready for a blower,I'm using a 3" belt drive and billet wheels on the crank and blower ,here's a mock up of where roughly the drive will go ,and you can see the blower on the floor ,the tank I'm using is a old mustang tank ,which I'm re tunneling,next will be a 2" stretch in the rear so i can fit on the bike with the blower on,altering the angle of the upper hard tail tubes as well,currently the seat height is 19" ,i want it at 24",i don't want a drop seat rigid,i will be moving the distributor out of the way as well,it wont stick out the side ,but will be tucked in,once all this is done ill put a video up of me riding it before its stripped for paint and polishing

Started the rear frame modifications,added new sub frame,bultaco racing seat,I'm looking about for a Lucas single phase Genny so i can do away with the battery and have a kick only start,need to start a aluminium oil tank ,prob go under the seat hump,next will be some one off clock mounts and light mounts,then rearsets,the pipes will be stainless and i'll roll some cones for the silencers,I have ordered the jets for the weber carbs and have ordered all the stainless fasteners i need,anybody know where their is a hondamatic crank or engine?,if so get in touch,i could stroke the motor (its already 836cc yoshimura and cammed)next week,more stainless frame work on the NSU! (my welding has improved since i started wearing reading glasses for welding)!!

First of all Kevs bike,i have fitted a lot of old cb parts to this,all it needs is the seat pan covering,electrics,and a few bits,and my NSU ,I have started on the frame and made the rear section ,it now needs polishing and the frame put back on my jig,i have got some original cb 750 clocks for my cafe racer and a old headlamp,i think it will turn out good,I better take the 8cyl NSU out of the cupboard in the house before my wife finds it also!!

Fitted fireblade wheels and a rg500 swingarm ,and i'm waiting for my bultaco racing seat to arrive off ebay,had to machine the rear wheel sprocket carrier for the chain to align

Re tunneled old tank,lowered front end(still have to alter dampers etc ) started cleaning all the brackets off the frame,I'm making stainless struts for the rear.This is just a bit of fun with stuff i have lying about,i have a nice french moped headlight for the front ,anyway here's how far i have got,still lots to do ,i want to keep this a low budget custom that anyone could build,ill have the bars made and the headlight mounted and forks shortened properly this weekend,then i can roll it outside for a better look
